Dr. Ashutosh K. Parar, Founder & CEO of Parar Sewa Foundation, is a highly skilled pain management specialist with over 14 years of experience in holistic and integrated medicine. A recognized expert in naturopathy, chiropractic therapy, traditional bone setting, and rope therapy, Dr. Parar is known for his innovative techniques that promote healing without dependency on scans, surgeries, or pharmaceuticals.
With a deep commitment to natural healing, he believes in diagnosing conditions through physical assessment and therapeutic observation. His approach is centered on restoring harmony within the body by focusing on posture, movement, and lifestyle balance.
Dr. Parar has previously served as a Consultant at The Third Eye Ayurvedic Hospital, Dehradun, led by Dr. Awdesh Pandey. His vision for PARAR NATURE CARE is to create a space where patients can receive compassionate, effective, and natural care in a supportive environment.
